“Just relax”. Isn’t that the last thing you want to hear that when your stressed out?

Being stressed is a tough state for our body to live in. We all know the affects of stress and for some people you can probably spot the signs instantly on their appearance. Some people hide it brilliantly or don’t even know they are living with stress until the body decides to give you a warning sign.

Living with stress is related to our fight or flight mode and it ain’t easy to “just relax”. However, we can learn to acknowledge stress, evaluate the situation, and take appropriate steps – thus improving our relationships with others, work, physical performance and shape, and improve the biggest ticket of all: our Happiness.
