A good nights sleep is very important for improving your overall performance, energy, mood and, generally any, progress. Typically, sleep is an afterthought for most with ‘training insane or remaining the same’ mentality. Sleep is just as important, or some would argue more so than training. Sleep can help regulate your body’s hormones for efficient performance and daily function. Plus a quality deep sleep is where your training will have the most impact – as the recovery phase (sleep).
