What does a personal Trainer’s daily workout habits include? Here I will give a little look into my routine and reasoning why. This is the stuff I enjoy and have tried and tested, but it’s by no means a nudge to get you to do what I do. If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do I think the church of Scientology are looking for new applicants. Here, it is the church of gains and the preacher is the Holy Swolly PT, me! HAHA! Take my routine with a pinch of salt (metaphorically, but literally on a couple of instances).
