Podcasts I recommend.

Here a few of the podcast I currently listen to. You will find a big variety but a common theme – self improvement/learning. Podcasts are very personal and self-discovery of podcasts usually cements adherence. Everyone and their dog has a podcast show now but I believe no one really cares about them unless they discover them for their own reasons. It’s really about finding the people that align with your personality and mentality.

I hope the following recommendations help, as I said, you really need to discover them for yourselves. However, if you are looking for a good starting point on fitness and changing your physique I would recommend starting with Physique Science. If you have any suggestions, please add them at the bottom of this page and I promise I will check out an episode!

Physique Science

by Layne Norton and Sohee Lee – Focus is on Physique science and coaching in the industry.

This podcast provides excellent information for any physique competitor. Science based and easy to follow. It’s hard to not cling on to Layne and Sohee’s every word, the information is phenomenal.

Fitness, Fame & Fortune

by Rich Gaspari & John Romano – Focus is on developing a fitness business and history.

This podcast highlights the rise and fame of certain professionals. It’s great for bodybuilding nostalgia. A good listen for anyone interested in bodybuilding, especially the 80’s and 90’s scene.

Ted Radio Hour

by NPR – Focus is on multiple topics, short stories and personal development/thinking.

Such awesome content. TED radio hour focuses on multiple topics to get you thinking. Each show condenses multiple TED talks on one single topic. An excellent choice to expand your horizons.

After Hours Radio

by RxMuscle – Focus is on old school bodybuilding stories and banter.

The show hosts the ‘Wack pack’, and there’s a reason they’re called that. Banter and strong opinions on the bodybuilding scene today. Great for anyone with a bodybuilding history interest.

Peak Human Project

by Andres Vargas – Focus is on strength and personal development.

Andres is such a cool dude with great history and insight. He’s worked with some of the best in the industry and his interviewees are well respected strength and conditioning leaders.

Under The Skin

by Russell Brand – Focus is on special guests’ stories and lessons learnt about personal growth.

I love Russell, his faith of community spirit and an ever expanding mindset. I’ve been a fan for a while and it’s amazing to witness his growth and development. His talks are enthralling.
